Some states have specific laws regarding the sale and shipment of our products. If you do not see your state in the drop down menu when placing your order, that means we have currently stopped shipping to your state pending review of your state's regulations. 
Any orders containing shipping addresses to restricted locations will be removed and refunded from the order and/or the entire order will be subject to cancellation and full or partial refund. Any other items will be processed and shipped normally. This information is subject to change at any time, we will try our best to update this as regularly as possible.   
Adult Signature Upon Delivery
Adult Signature Confirmation upon delivery for packages containing e-cigarette related products is required. To receive this package, the recipient must be at least 21 years of age and present upon delivery with valid ID to accept the package. All delivery and private carriers charge extra for this feature, and our shipping rates have been adjusted to include signature in all allowable states.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $55.00, before applicable taxes and excluding U.S. territories or states that require an adult signature on delivery. The adult signature method incurs additional shipping costs and therefore does not qualify for free shipping. Special discount offer codes cannot be combined with free shipping. Free shipping does not apply to international orders. Enter code "SHIPPING" at checkout.

Damaged, Lost or Undelivered SMOOD is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 



Please note that all prices are listed in USD and will not be automatically converted into your local currency upon checkout. SMOOD is not responsible for any conversion fees associated with international orders.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are only applied to items that are returned to our warehouse. If the return of your package incurs any type of return fees, those charges will be deducted from your refund of the returned items. SMOOD Is not responsible for packages delayed due to customs issues.

Note: Tracking may not be available for all shipping methods once they leave the U.S. Additional delays, less common may be caused due to COVID-19.


International Mail/Freight Forwarding Services:  

All orders are put through a process of picking and packing, to ensure that all items have been properly assembled to arrive in pristine condition. SMOOD's commitment is that the order will be sent with all items in the original packing. However, for customers choosing to ship their order to and with a mail or freight forwarding service, this guarantee is voided once the package arrives undamaged at the forwarding service. These services typically repackage our products, therefore we can not be held responsible for, but not limited to: Damages, Missing Items, Issues That Occur After Initial Delivery. This will as well apply to the order once it has arrived at the final destination.




Lost & Undelivered Packages: 

Lost, undelivered or stolen packages are not the responsibility of SMOOD, and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the postal carrier in use. SMOOD strives in the upkeep and resolution of such matters, and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 24 hours of the last tracking update. 

Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. SMOOD is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions inputted by the user. 


Canceling and Altering Orders: 

Due to the volume of orders SMOOD receives and in our efforts to provide the most expedient service to our customers, once an order has been placed and is processing we are unable to alter or change any order as it could have already been processed or shipped. 


We check all information on our website very carefully. However, an occasional error may occur. We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and are not responsible for typographical errors.
